These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the software and services provided by Go2 Billing Software ("Go2", "we", "us" or "our"), including our website (go2billingsoftware.com) and our applications — Go2 Desktop, Go2 Android, Go2 Offline and Go2 Owner App (together, the "Services"). By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and account

The Services are intended for business use by persons aged 18 or above. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

New customers receive a 7-day free trial with all features unlocked. No credit card is required for the trial. At the end of the trial, continued use of the Services requires a paid subscription. If you choose not to continue, you can export your data before your trial access ends.

You retain all rights to the business data you store in the Services (products, invoices, customers, suppliers, reports and similar records). You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the Services — for example, syncing across your devices and creating backups. You can export your data at any time. Go2 is a tool that helps you create invoices, manage inventory and generate reports. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for reviewing invoices and reports before relying on them, and for your own statutory compliance — including GST registration, correct tax rates, return filing and record-keeping under applicable law. Go2 does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice.

7. Availability, updates and support

We aim to keep the Services available at all times, but occasional maintenance, updates or events beyond our control may cause interruptions. Offline-capable products continue to work without an internet connection and sync when connectivity returns. We provide support via WhatsApp, phone and email, and release updates and improvements on an ongoing basis at no additional charge for active subscribers.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, design, trademarks and content (excluding your data), are owned by Go2 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you; you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription.

9. Refunds

The free trial lets you evaluate the full product before paying. Once a subscription is purchased, fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed with you in writing. If something isn't working as promised, contact us first — we will work to make it right.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go2 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms and (where the breach can be cured) fail to cure it after notice. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which we may delete it in accordance with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.

12. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. Material changes to the Terms will be notified through the Services or by email/WhatsApp, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. We encourage you to contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly through our support channels.
